This refers to your letter dated March 2,1982, for approval of your sh1pping containers, Models R GNG-20 and GNM-20, 20-VS and 40-VS.
The reviews of your applications for your Model R, and Models 20-7S and 40-VS, shipping containers are subject to application fees totalling $400 as speci-fied in fee Category llE of Section 170.31 of the enclosed Part 170.
Payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and mailed to my attention.

Prior to issuance of the certificates for your Model R and Models 20-VS and
' VS shipping containers, approval fees totalling $2,400 will be due in accordance with fee Category llE. Footnote 4 of Section 170.31 states that "when the review of an application is complete, the expenditures for profes-sional manpower and appropriate support services uill be determined and the resultant fee assessed..." If the expenditures incurred for each certificate are less than the total fees paid, you will receive a refund; but in no event will the fee exceed the fee specified in Category llE.
. In addition, the NRC Licensing staff is required to revieu the information f'which you submitted for your Models GNG-20 and GNM-20 shipping containers in order for your Company to obtain an IAEA certificate from the Department of

Category 13, Special Projects. When the review of the flodels GNG-20 and GNM-20 packages are complete, you will be notified of the fee due.
Your applications will be forwarded to the Licensing staff for review upon receipt of the $400 application fee.
