Dear Mr. Keppler:
This is to confim our telephone report to Mr. E.R. Swanson, NRC Region III Inspector, at 1430 hours0.0166 days <br />0.397 hours <br />0.00236 weeks <br />5.44115e-4 months <br /> on April 6,1982, at which time we reported that Anmendment Number 39 to the Unit Two Technical Specifications had been issued on March 11, 1982, but not received at the Plant Site until March 27, 1982.
Due to the time lag involved, surveillance paragraphs 4.1.2.3.2 and 4.5.3.2 were not perfomed as required during that time period nor were the asociated action statements fulfilled.
The full scope of this occurrence is not known at this time.
Our investigation into this matter is in progress and a follow-up report will be subnitted by April 20, 1982, pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.Rb.
