Inspection Report No. 70-1113/81-14 Thank you for your letter of March 11, 1982, informing us of' steps you have taken to correct the violation of activities authorized by NRC License No. SNM-1097 brought to your attention in our letter of November 4, 1981. Based on the tele-phone conversation on March 19, 1982, between Mr. D. W. Jones of this office and Mr. C. fi. Vaughan of your staf f concerning your letter of response, it is our understanding that the actions identified in the enclosure to this letter will be implemented as indicated in the enclosure. If your understanding of our discus-sion is different from that stated in the enclosure, please inform this _ office promptly. We will examine your corrective actions and plans during subsequent inspections.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, activities involving safeguards and security measures are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the enclosure to this letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
