12 DESCedisON Of AMENDMENT /MODWicAflON The purpose of this Modification No. 3 is to extend the period of performance.
Therefore, Contract No. NRC-02-81-053 is hereby modified as follows:
Under Article II - Period of Performance, delete the date "May 31,1982" in its entirety and substitute the date " September 30, 1982" in lieu thereof.
The above change is accomplished at no additional cost to either party.
