Three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of an Applicatian for Amendment to Operating License to amend Appendix A of our license to up-date Technical Specification 3.8.2.3 3/4.8.1 and B 3/4.8.2 concerning station batteries.
2.
Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A and B which set forth the requested change in Technical Specification and its safety evalu-ation.
We have determined this to be a Class III change request, and a check for $4,000.00 will be submitted under separate cover in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22.
