Subject: Combined Inspection 50-277/J2-09, 50-278/82-09
This transmits the findings of the routine resident safety inspection by
Messrs. C. J. Cowgill and A. R. Blough on April 21 - May 19, 1982 at the
Peach Bottoa Ato.iic Power Station. Delta, Pennsylvania. These findings
were based on observation of activities, interviews, measurements, and
document reviews, and have been discu: sed with Mr. W. T. Ullrich of your
staff.
Apparent violations of NRC requirerents are cited in Appendix A and categorized
in accordance with 10 CFR 2 Appendix C and Federal Register I;otice 47FR 9387
(March 3,1982). A reply is required and should be prepared in accordance with
Appendix A.
It is exeopt from the Office of stanagecent and Budget's clearance
procedures under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1930 PL 96-511.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a co1>/ of this letter and anclosures will
be placed in the !<RC Public Docuuent Room, unless you notify this office, by
telephone, within ten days of the data of this letter and submit written
application to withhold information contained therein within thirty days of
