Dear Mr. Linder:

SUBJECT:

TriI ACTIO!! PLA!! ITEl:S:

II.K.3.15. ISOLATION OF HPCI AND RCIC ::0DIFICATI0il: II.K.3.22. RCIC SUCTI0il; II.K.3.24 SPACE COOLING FOR HPCI/RCIC; II.K 3.18, ADS ACTUATION; II.E.4.1.2, DEDICATED HYDR 0GEtl PENEiRATIONS The purpose of this letter is to document the status of the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBilR) with respect to the above TMI Action Plan Itens.

Items II.K.3.15. II.K.3.22. II.K.3.24 are all based up General Electric B11R designs utilizing Reactor Core Isolation Cooling (RCIC) and High Pressure Coolant Inj ection (HPCI). Since LACBWR does not use any of these systems, these itens are not applicable and are considered resolved at your facility. Iten II.K.3.18 is also based upon GE BUR's with Automatic Depressurization Systens and sinilarly is considered resolved at your plant.

Iten II.E.4.1.2 requires dedicated hydrogen penetration for plants using external reconbiners or purge systems for post-accident combustible gas con-trol. Since LACBUR uses stainless steel clad fuel, this item is considered to be resolved at your facility.

Sincerely, go/
