Review Coments for the Midland Secu%"lRd Contingency Plans Enclosed are review cormaents for Revision 4 of the Midland Plant Security Plan and Revision 1 of the Midland Plant Safeguards Contingency Plan. In order to saeet the established review schedule, please respond to the attached cmments in the form of revisions to these Plans within thirty days of receipt of the letter.
The enclosures contain Safeguards Information as specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
