MOTION TO APPROVE STIPULATION Pursuant to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's
(" Licensing Board") Order of May 17, 1982, counsel for Inter-venors Christa-Maria, et al., Consumers Power Company
(" Licensee" ), and the NRC Staff have reached agreement with rdspect to the ' schedule set forth in the attached Stipulation.
Counsel for the Intervenors Christa-Maria, et al., and the NRC Staff have authorized counsel for the Licensee to sign the attached Stipulation on their behalf.
As the Stipulation indicates, Mr. O'Neill has agreed to the schedule set forth therein.
The Stipulation represents a reasonable compromise among the various interests of the parties.
We trust that the Licensing Board will find the schedule acceptable.
