'IMI Action Plan Item II.K.3.3 Your letter of March 3,1982, requested further information concerning our response to NUREG 0737, Its II.K.3.3, Reporting of Relief and Safety Valve Failures and Challenges.
It is our intention to repoit the requested information as follows:
Challenges to safety or relief valves which require the subnitting of an LER as defined in the Oyster Creek Operating License and Technical Specifications, will be subnitted as such. Challenges which do not constitute an LER will be the subject of a special report subnitted to NRC, Pagion I within 60 days of the occurrence.
