you have taken to correct the noncompliance which we brought to your
attention '.n Inspection Report No. 50-315/82-04; 50-316/82-04; forwarded
by our letter dated April 1, 1982. With respect to item three please pro-
vide a date when PHI 5040 will be retised and implemented, and further
explanation how actions already taken are sufficient to prevent further
noncompliance in the interim period. In regard to items one and two we
will examine these matters during a subsequent inspection.
