Nuclear Regulatory Commission Generic Letters The purpose of this letter is to express a concern by the Omaha Public Power District regarding the non-receipt of Commission-issued generic letters applicable to the Fort Calhoun Station.
Specifically, to date, the District has not received any of the generic letters issued during 1982 through the normal Commission distribution channel.
The District has only recently obtained copies of these generic letters through our NRC Project Manager.
The District is concerned that un-timely receipt of future generic letters could impede or prevent the District from responding to the requirements imposed by generic letters in a timely manner. Additionally, these letters usually provide the licensee with important guidance regarding current pertinent issues at the Commission and non-receipt of these letters could have serious l
regulatory implications for the Fort Calhoun Station. The District l
