Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/82-27 was to have been submitted by April 23, 1982. This 30 day Reportabic Occurrence (pe r T. S. 6. 9.1.13) concerns T. S. 3. 3. 3. 6, "The accident monitoring instrumentation channels shown in Table 3.3-10 shall be operable", which was violated on March 26, 1982. At this time, all of the required information is not yet available.
The complete report will be submitted by May 10, 1982.
