ORDER May 26, 1982 On May 25 the Licensing Board issued an order captioned

" Order (Making Clarifying Change in Initial Decision) " which corrects what the Board termed an " inadvertently drafted" condition in its May 14 initial decision.

Because the clarifying order alters a substantive condition in the initial decision we are extending the time in which any i

party may appeal any part of the initial decision until 10 days from the Board's May 25 order.

It is so ORDERED.
