IN OPPOSITION TO C.P.'S MCTION TO OpASH SUPEONAS I strongly support Christa-Maria in her opposition to Licensee's Motion to Quash Supeonas.
It is obvious that these dirrectors of emerga..cy planning can present essential information regarding Christa-Maria Conten' tion.. The point is so obvious that little wind need be spent on it, but one example is forwarded:
Chris ta-Mari a' hub-contention regarding adequate numbers of people working en an evacuation.
These directors have prticipated in evacuation drills, and can say whether er not real peorle participated in all the roles, or if in fact" shadow persone31" were relied upon.
The very unwillingness of these men to co-operate cast doubt on the adequacy of the evacuation plans, and their testimony is absolutely necessary to clear the issue of uncertainty.
I agrre that Consumers Power's move to quash the supeonas would have the effect of suppressing vital testimony.
