Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
By Inspection Report Nos. 50-259/81-36, -260/81-36, and -296/81-36, reference R. C. Lewis' letter to H. G. Parris dated January 12, 1982, it was noted that several reports of inservice inspections, as required by Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, performed at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant appeared to be missing. The missing reports, provided as enclosures to this letter, cover the inspections performed during the outages of unit 1 fall 1977, unit 3 fall 1978, unit 1 winter 1979-1980, unit 3 winter 1980, and unit 2 spring 1979. The first four reports referenced are the ones identified as missing in the inspection report. The report for the unit 2 spring 1979 outage was identified as missing by TVA.
To the best of my knowledge, I declare the statements contained herein are complete and true.
