PA'YROLL SYSTEM SECURITY TEST Attached is the implementation plan for the new payroll system.
This plan covers parallel testing through actual production in Pay Period 18.
The test plan which I sent to you on May 8, 1980 will be used for testing the system security during the parallel running of Pay Period 16.
The schedule for Pay Period 16 is contained on page 4 6f the attached plan.
Unless unforeseen circumstances cause a change to the schedule, the security test should begin on July 21, 1980.
I will advise you in the event that any s
change is made to the schedule.
Some time prior to the actual test, it will be beneficial for us to meet with the contractor to make sure we all understand our respective roles and to resolve any last minute problems.
I will advise you when this meeting is set up.
