NRC PROPERTY AND SUPPLY SYSTEM FACILITY SECURITY PLAN Attached is the revised subject plan, which has been prepared in response to OM8 Circular No. A-71, Transmittal Memorandum No. 1 dated July 27, 1978. This memorandum promulgated policy and assigned agency responsibilities for establish-ing computer security programs for protection of personal, proprietary and sen-sitive data.
