Dear Mr. Maurin:
The staff has prepared the attached list of human engineering discrepancies (HED's) which were identified in the Preliminary Control Room Assessment (PCRA) report submitted by you on April 15, 1981. Your letter of March 19, 1982 addressed thirteen of these items. We would like to meet with the appropriate technical experts' in Bethesda, Md. during the week of April 19-23, to discuss the control room review process.* In preparation for this meeting, please review the attached list and provide us with written proposed corrective actions and implementation schedules for each item.
For those items you do not intend to correct, provide written justification.
We understand you may not be able to address the entire list at this time, however, we would appreciate your best effort.
