ENERGY OFFICE At the April 14 conference in above captioned case, held at the White Plains Courthouse, Judge Louis Carter announced that inquiries of the State Of New York should be addressed to the Energy Office.
Please refer to the b.icensee's response to UCS/NYPIRG dated May 18 which we received May 20, page 39, to interrogatory #41.
It was our understanding previously that Parsons,Brinker-hoff requests were to be addressed to the licensees. They have now referred them to the State REPG which is not on the parties' list. Hence we request that you expedite this request which might appear tardy but is dependent f
on replies from the licensees which we have not yet re-l ceived althouch we have a coev of that to UCS/NYPIRG.

RERP for Indian Point dated April, 1982.
We are specifically concerned about the planned improvements for summer 1983 for route 9W from the south-ern Haverstraw town line northward through Rockland County,.
What measures have been designed to reroute the evacuation of those ERPAs which presently depend on using that section of Route 9W7 Please number your response "WBCA-3.9-2". The in hand date for responses to interrogatories is May 31. If you can reply sooner we would appreciate it.
