- Ch May 23,1982 INTERROGATORY TO THE COUNTY OF WESTCHESTER OR THE STATE OF NEW YORK FROM WEST BRANCH CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION West Branch Conservation Association, (WBCA) has attempted informal discovery regarding the data on the cards returned by those needing special transportation but has received no information to date.
Rockland County advised that the cards were sent to Mr. Harvey Harth as well as all telephoned requests to Rockland County after they were processed.
Mr.~Harth sug-gested that copies of the cards might invade the privacy of the disabled so WBCA suggested that he either copy those from Rockland for us with the names covered over, or, send us a tabulation of the cards.
He explained he is on a grant from PASNY to Westchester County yet his office is also under the aegis of New York Strte.
Please expedite the reply, whoever is responsible.

Please supply the total number of cards returned from Rockland County from the brochura.
Please send us pno copies of the cards with a cover over the names to block them out.
Or, please make an analysis of the cards to reveal what type of disability the writer has and what type of transportation is requested.
Please supply any other data on the cards related to the transportation of the indiv idual signing it.
How many of the cards were lef t blank where the question is asked of who else to notify?
Of those not left blank and where someone is to be notified, how many respond by giving someone at the same address?
At what appears to be a neighbor's address, such as the same street.
How many supply the name of a person not living in the same town or hamlet?
Since WBCA is more familliar with the streets in Rockland County than we expect is Mr. Harth, it would' be possible for us to tell if such an address of person l
to notify were around the corner but with a different 1
street name.
Therefore, we would prefer to have copies of the cards so we could analyze the data thereon.
