J'udge Herbert Grossman Judge Frank F. Hooper Judge Gustave A.
Linenberger May 24, 1982 Page Two Mr. Nichols has been named Senior Vice President for Power Operations, which include nuclear operations.
Mr.
O.W.
Dixon, formerly Group Manager, Production Engineering, Quality Control and Construction has been named Vice President, Nuclear Operations.
A copy of Mr. Dixon's curriculum vitae is attached.
Also enclosed is a copy of a simplified organizational chart reflecting both the foregoing changes as they affect the headquarters management of nuclear operations and various other position additions, changes in titles and reporting lines which have taken place from time to time since Mr. Nichols testified and our Proposed Findings were filed.
These minor changes involved such steps as having the operating quality control organization report to the Group Manager of Nuclear Services (Mr. Nauman, who testified during the proceeding), to whom the Manager of Nuclear Quality Assurance also reports, and the augmentation of headquarters management of nuclear training activities through the addition of a fourth Group Manager, reporting to the Vice President - Nuclear Operations, Harold T.
Babb, Group Manager - Nuclear Education and Training.
Very truly yours, l
