- JGibson This acknowledges receipt of your August 20, 1981 and January 20, 1982 letters which transmitted changes to the Duane Arnold Energy Center Securi ty.. Plan.
tie have reviewed the changes and agree that several of the changes discussed in the above referenced letters are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). We do not agree that certain other changes, as indicated in the enclosure, are consistent with these same provisions. The enclosure.to this letter provides infomation regarding the unacceptable changes. Please modify your plan to be consistent with the noted changes or return to previously approved plan commitments.
We have determined that tha above referenced letters and the enclosure to this letter contain Safeguards Infomation which is required to be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
