Inservice Inspection Relief Request The NRC letter dated April 14, 1982 (W. O. Miller to B. D. Withers) advised PCE that a Class III fee would be required for the Inservice Inspection (ISI) relief requests that were subnitted in the PCE to NRC letter dated February 5, 1982 since the NRC felt that the request was a new application and not part of LCA 26.
In the PCE to NRC letter dated April 28, 1982, PGE stated that LCA 74 was being withdrawn and requested the NRC to retain the Class III fee that was submitted with LCA 74.
Please credit the fee submitted with LCA 74 as the fee for the ISI relief requests dated February 5, 1982.
