License Change Application 26 (Rev. 2)
Inservice Testing Program Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of Revision 2 to License Change Application (LCA) 26 requesting amendment to Facility Operating License NPF-1.
Since the Inservice Inspection portion of LCA 26 has already been acted upon by the NRC in the form of Amendment 61 to Facility Operating License NPF-1, Revision 2 to LCA 26 includes only the Inservice Testing (IST) related changes. Please replace the appro-priate pages of Revision 0 and Revision 1 to LCA 26 with the attached.
The IST program in effect at the Trojan Nuclear Plant has been updated to meet the requirements of Section XI of the Winter 1980 Addenda (W80) to the 1980 Edition of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Use of the Winter 80 Addenda has been approved by the Commission in 10 CFR 50.55a.
Relief requests for the IST program have been updated accordingly and are being transmitted to the NRC under separate cover.
Included within Revision 2 to LCA 26 are changes which supersede those proposed under LCA 74 (dated April 24, 1981) regarding testing of the rain steam isolation valves. As a result, PCE hereby withdraws LCA 74.
Please retain the license amendment fee submitted with LCA 74, as it will be used in a future license change application.
