Dear Sir:

The NRC was notified in Reference (B) that the Final Report submitted by Refer:.nce (A) will be revised due to discovery of additional Agastat relays in systems other than the Diesel Generator control panels as originally reported. NRC IE Information Notice No. 82-04, Reference (C),

and related supplier notification (s) provided information on new lot (s) of relays requiring replacement.

In Reference (D), it was estimated that the Revised Report would be available by May 11, 1982. Due to extensive investigation and evaluation required, it is now expected that this information will be finalized by August 11, 1982 when a complete report will be submitted.
