DEFINITION O STANDARDIZED PLANT i
The Nuclear Standardization Act proposed by Jim Tourtellotte does not include a definition of a standardized plant.
Commissioner Gilinsky has proposed to define standardized plant as "an essentially complete final design for a whole nuclear power plant intended for use at multiple sites."
Please provide staff comments as to any problem they see with this definition and any modifications they suggest.
I would appreciate a reply by May lith.
