This letter supplements our additional information request of January 8, 1982. The enclosure indicates the status of receipt of your responses to our January 8, 1982 request and identifies additional information needed regarding T!!I Action Plan Items.
l You are requested to supply the information in Enclosure 2. items A.3 and D.1, 2 and 3 to us within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
In that response you should also provide your schedule for submitting the infor-i mation requested in item A.1.m.
Please send a full submittal to Franklin Research Center (address in Enclosure) and a copy of the cover letter to us. Address the letter to the Operating Reactors Branch. Please contact your Project ttanager if you require further assistance in this regard.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requireacnts contained in section A of the enclosure to this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511. The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements concerning TMI Action Plan items, co contained in section B of the enclosure to this letter, have been authorized by OMG clearance #3150-0055 which expires f4ay 31, 1983.
