Interrogatories 30 and 31 of " CASE'S Third Set of Interrogatories and
- Requests to Produce to NRC Staff," April 20, 1982. Those interrogatories requested documents relating to the Hayward-Tyler Pump Company.
In response to those interrogatories, the Staff provided you, under cover of a letter dated May 4, 1982, with copies of the twenty-nine (29) documents made pub _
licly available in response to Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") request
- 82_117, concerning Hayward-Tyler Pump Company. The Staff also agreed to provide you with the documents made publicly available in response to F0IA i
Request #82-193, as soon as action was completed on that request.
In an initial response to F0IA Request #82-193, the NRC made publicly available the same documents provided in response to F0IA Request #82-117.
In a further response to F0IA Request #82-193, the NRC made publicly available nine of the ten documents for which review had not been completed at the time of the response to F0IA Request 82_117.
Enclosed are copies of these documents, which correspond to document numbers 12, 14, 15, 21, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33 in the appendix previously transmitted to you.
