C. Miles The Connission has issued the enclosed Anendment No. 30 to Facility License No. R-67 for your TRIGA Mark F reactor. This anendnent consists of changes to the Appendix A Technical Specifications appended to the license in response to your application dated Novenber 2,1981, as supplemented by letter dated February 22, 1982. He have made sone ninor modifications to your submittal and your r.taff has agreed to them.
This anendnent revises the Technical Specifications to allow your neutron radionraphy progran to be extended to include certain new explosive devices typically beine used or studied by various government agencies and their contractors.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 30 to Facility License No. R-67 for your TRIGA Mark F reactor.
