These requirements have been met as follows.
The Diablo Canyon Safeguards Contingency Plan was fully implemented during the preoperational inspection conducted July 13 - 23, 1981 [ refer to NRC Report No. 50-275/81-15 (IE-V454)].
The Diablo Canyon Glard Training and Qualification Plan was fully implemented on April 1, 1982.
