five (5) business days before San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 2 achieved criticality, that such criticality was so scheduled. The purpose of the notification requirement was to assure that this Board's decision on Carstens, et al. 's motion for a stay would be timely.

On April 26, 1982, the Board issued its Decision denying the requested stay. In view of the issuance of the Decision of April 26, 1982, Applicants consider this Board's order of March 16, 1982 to be moot. Accordingly, unless instructed otherwise, Applicants will not be providing five days advance notice befare achieving criticality at San Onofre Unit No. 2.
