NRC Survey of Steam Geherator Experience Dear Mr. Lafleur In the annexed table I send you the updated information on steam generator experience on the two Westinghouse units of Bernau, as well as on the KMu plant at G5sgen.

On a small number of tubes (approx.10) of the KW-stemgenerators slight wastage inside the crud deposit on the top of the tube-sheets was observed during the 1981 inservice inspection. Investigations are in progress between the utility and KW on an eventual change-over to AVT secondary chemistry.
