Palmetto Alliance First Set of Interrogatories and Reques Produce.
These Objections, which are incorporated herein by reference, advance the position that answering discovery would be unusually burdensome by virtue of pending Objections to the Licens-l ing Board's March 5, 1982 ruling on contentions.
Applicants main-tain that their pending Objections present the good cause required by the regulations and accordingly move, pursuant to 10 CFR S2.740 (c), for a protective order that the discovery sought.by Palmetto Alliance in its First Set of Interrogatories and Requests to Produce not be had until final resolution of the pending Objec-tions to the Licensing Board's March 5, 1982 Order.
