Dear Ms. Bell:
This is in further response to your letter dated Septembe - 15, 1981 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of InformaM on Act, eight categories of records regarding the Washington Public Tower Supply System (WPPSS).
By letter dated October 29, 1981, we provide'd responses to all categories of your request except category three and informed you that we would notify you as soon as search and review of records pertaining to category three were completed.
With regard to category three, this is to inform you that NRC staff recently completed a comprehensive evaluation of licensee' performance, rating the WPPSS units among others. We are enclosing a copy of the final staff report, "NRC Licensee Assessments", which was released to the public on November 2,1981.
Regional and headquarters staff created various.; cords pertaining to WPPSS throughout the staff evaluation and the preparation of this report.
Copies of those records are either already available in the appropriate NRC Local Public Document Rooms, as mentioned in my previous letter, or are enclosed with this letter (see enclosed Appendix C).
This completes NRC's action on your request.
