"" [E" " 8 Gentlemen: g 6 This letter is pursuant to our obligation to keep the Board and the parties informed of relevant matters in this proceeding. At the prehearing conference on January 12, 1982, we informed the Board that Duke Power Company was in the process of reassessing the Catawba schedule (Tr. 17-18).

That reassessment has been completed. Revised commercial operation dates for Catawba are as follows: Unit 1, June 1, 1985; Unit 2, June 1, 1987. Revised fuel load dates, based upon these commercial operation dates are: Unit 1, October, 1984, Unit 2, October, 1986.
