is revised to include Consumers Power Company commitments and exceptions to NRC Regulatory Guides 1.58 and 1.146, in accordance with J W Cook's letter (Serial 14605 dated November 2, 1981) to H R Denton. These are consistent with those previously approved in CPC-2-A.
