Description of Deficiency Pipe Supports fabricated by Corner & Lada were received /
installed with material identification obliterated by galvanizing. This condition does not meet ASME III, Sub-section NF-2150 Winter 1975 Addenda requirements.
II.
Analysis of Safety Implicationg Engineering review of the Code showed that Summer 1979 Addenda provides that identification of the material to the Material Manufacturer's Certificate of Compliance is not required after the component support manufacturer has verified that the material meets NF requirements.
This condition is evaluated as Not Reportable since, should the condition have remained undetected, it would not repre-sent a safety significant condition.
III.
Corrective Action Specification Change Notice No. 2913 has been issued against Design Specification 13-PM-209A to incorporate Summer 1979 Addenda as applicable to Section NF-2150. The following NCR's will be dispositioned as Use-As-Is:

Bechtel Engineering has verified that the typical Corner &
Lada Certificate of Compliance satisfies either the require-ments of Code Case N-225 or the Code change 1979 Summer Addenda.
