March 26, 1982 License SNM-33 STATUS OF NON-COMPLIANCE ITEM IDENTIFIED IN IE INSPECTION REPORT 70-36/82-02 Following is the current status of the subject item:
A thorough search of the plant failed to locate the missing seals (numbers 19682 through 19697). All currently tamper-safed items were examined for these seal numbers. These seals have now been declared invalid, and all tamper-safed items will be checked during the next physical inventory to ascertain that they were not improperly used to safeguard an inventory measurement.
3eal accountability will be routinely audited by the Nuclear Materials Coordinator to avoid further non-compliance.
We are now in full compliance on this item.
