Dear Mr. Oprea:
This is in response to your July 17, 1981 letter that transmitted the South Texas Project Security Plan, Amendment 2, dated June 1, 1981 and our review of Chapter 8 of that plan. As a result of that review the NRC staff has prepared a set of comments that are attached.
In view of your current activities to replace the architect engineer and constructor, it is requested that you advise us when you expect to be able to submit revised plans that responds to the enclosed corrnents.
The enclosures to this letter contains 10 CFR 73.21 information and should be withheld from public disclosure.
