Docket No. 50-285
Dear Mr. Collins:
Three (3) copies of each of the following emergency plans are provided with this transmittal, as prescribed in 10 CFR 50.54(s)(1):
1.
Radiological Emergency Response Plan for Nuclear Power Plant Incidents, Washington County, Nebraska, March 1982.
2.
Nuclear Incident Reception Plan, Sarpy County, Nebraska, March 1, 1982.
3.
Nuclear Incident Reception Plan, Dodge County, Nebraska, March 1982.
The revised Washington County Plan fully replaces the Washington County (Nebraska) Radiological Emergency Response Plan for Nuclear Power Plant Incidents, dated January 1981, which was submitted on April 2, 1981.
Please note that the Douglas County Supplement to the Washington County Emergency Response Plan is not affected by this transmittal and should be retained as a supplement to the new Washington County Plan.
The Sarpy County and Dodge County Incident Reception Plans are initial submittals to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Ten (10) copies of each of the three (3) plans have been provided directly to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
