This is to notify you that Applicants hereby amend their response to Interrogatory 18.b of CASE's Eighth Set of Interrogatories.
The date of " October, 1977" ~ set forth in that response should be amended to " July, 1977".
See Applicants' April 1, 1982 supplementation of answers to CASE's Eighth Set.
The correct July, 1977 date was already reflected in the July 29, 1977 letter, QBR-52, included in the documents produced for inspection and copying in response to discovery request 18.c of CASE's Eighth Set.
