Dear Mr. Lorei:
This is in reply to your letter dated January 20, 1982, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, access to and copies of all of the non-compliance reports filed with the NRC by the operators of the Crystal River Nuclear power plant.
You indicated you are particularly interested in unscheduled venting of radioactive-material from the plant and a list of all such events since' January 1, 1976.'
In response to your request, we wish to inform you that we have not located any additional records subject to your request which are not already on file in the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC, and in the NRC's Crystal River Nuclear Power Plant Local Public Document Room (LPDR) which is located at the Crystal River Public Library. 668 N.W. First Avenue, Crystal River, FL 32629 ATTENTION: Mrs. Bonsall, Librarian.
The documents on file in the PDR and LPDR are available for public inspection and copying during normal business hours.
To assist you in locating documents on file at the LPDR, a copy of an index list of the file subjects is enclosed.
