Supplemental Finding on the Enrico Fermi Atomic Power Plant, Unit 2 Attaciled is supplemental information to our January 26, 1982, Interim Finding on the Enrico Fermi Atomic Power Plant, Unit 2.
The information, prepared by FEMA Region V, is a final report of the February 2,1982, full-scale joint exercise and consists of an evaluation of planning standards A-P based on the exercise and the Michigan State and Monroe and Wayne County site specific plans.
The report was transmitted to the State of Michigan on March 10, 1982, with a request that a schedule of remedial actions to the listed deficiencies be provided by April 6, 1982. Once corrective action has been taken on the significant deficiencies by the State and local governments, the offsite radiological emergency planning should be adequate to protect the health and safety of the pubic within the 10 and 50-mile emergency planning zones.

Participating in the exercise with the utility was the State of Michigan, Monroe County and Wayne County.
Observing the off-site portion of the exercise were representatives from Federal Energency Management Agency Region V, the Regional Advisory Co==ittee, and personnel from the argonne National laboratory.
A Post-Exercise Critique and Public Meeting were conducted on February 3, 1982.
FEMA Region V (in accordance with 44 CFR Part 350), intends to provide you with the " Regional Director's Formai Review" of tne sita-specific plans for Fermi II as soon as possible.
