Areas Inspected
This routine, announced inspection involved 130 resident inspector-hours on site
in the areas of technical specification compliance, plant tour, operations
performance, reportable occurrences, housekeeping, site security, surveillance
activities, maintenance activities, quality assurance practices, radiation
control activities, outstanding items review, IE Bulletin, and Notice followup,
emergency preparedness, and Till Action Item review.
Resul ts
Of the 14 areas inspected, no violations or deviations were identified in 12
areas; three violations were found in two areas (Failure to implement administra-
tive policies, paragraph 8.d; inadequate annunicator procedure, paragraph 8.c;
and failure to implement administrative policies, paragraph 7.b.).
