SUPPLE!.1EHTAL RESPC!iSE TO IhTERVENOR 'S RESPOI;SE TO J OII;T APPLIC ANTS ' REQUEST FOR ADi4ISSIONS Pursuant to her continuing obligation under 10 C.F.R. 2.740 (e) (2), to supplement responses to Applicants' die-covery requests, which are now incorrect either because of changed circumstances or because the request vias not com-pletely understood when presented, Intervenor, Patricia Lee Hourihan, hereby amends her response to Joint Applicants' Request for Admissions.

Joint Applicants served their lengthy and complicated Request for Admissions on Intervenor during a period in which nhe had not retained legal counsel. Therefore, come of the annwers to Applicants' Request for Admissions were incorrect when riven. Other answers are now incorrect be-cause of other evidence Intervenor has discovered in the intervening time period.
