ist j This is in reference to our March 16, 1982 letter and earlier letters in which we forwarded several minor export license requests to the Executive Branch for review.
Enclosed is an additional case for your review, involving the export of a small amount of D20 to Argentina for research and development purposes which raises the same issues addressed in our previous letters.
We would appreciate your response to the issues raised in the earlier letters as they relate to this new minor case and also to the previous cases we forwarded for your review.
