Your application dated July 16, 1981, requested that the Office of fluclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) review changes relating to the Cooper Nuclear Station maxinum suppression pool temperature limit for routine startup and power operation.9nditions. A Class II fee of $1,200 was remitted with this application.
When the OHRR staff completad their review of the July 16 application on July 23,1981 and it.?ued Amendment No. 72 to License No. DPR-46, they informed us that a Class III fee was due because the review involved a single safety issue. Through an oversight on our part, your company was never informed of this fee determination. Consequently, we are now
