Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/82-24 was to have been submitted by April 1, 1982. This 30 day reportable occurrence (per T.S.6.9.1.13) concerns T.S.3.4.1.4, "Two residual heat removal (RHR) loops shall be operable and at least one RHR loop shall be in operation", which was violated on March 2, 1982. At this time, our investigation of the incident is not yet complete. The report will be sub-mitted by April 19, 1982.
