In August 1981, you requested any data.the NRC might have on special nuclear material (SNM) shipments to the Beatty site through 1976. My letter to you dated October 22, 1981 provided a computer survey of the safeguards data base.
The safeguards data base is obtained.from the nuclear material transfer reports submitted by licensees.as required by 10 CFR Parts 70 and 150. The report listed infonnation on shipments reported for the period January 1,1970 through December 1976. The safeguards ata base does not include data for shipments to Beatty prior to 1970.
In ray October 22, '1982 forwarding letter.I indicated that there was some uncertainty in interpreting the SNM. weight.. Since that time we have investigated the basis for the infusination transmitted to you, The data forwarded by ray October 22, 1981 letter was. expressed in tenns of total grams of element.
It appears that you were interested in the isotopic weight. Er. closed is a table which summarizes.the contained weight of isotopes in the data transmitted by ray October letter.
